1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 

1/2 tsp vanilla extract, A pinch of salt

2 tbsp raisins or diced pineapple 

1 tbsp maple syrup if you want it a little sweeter

 How to Make Them (No Oven Needed!) 

Add walnuts to a food processor, pulse into tiny crumbles. 

Add dates and blend until sticky and crumbly. 

In goes carrots, coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt.

Roll the mix into small balls (about 1 inch).
